Quality Engineered Products (QEP) was established 15 years ago as a precision engineering machine shop specialising in the manufacture of small batches of parts, mainly in the tougher grades of stainless steel (316, Hastaloy, Monel etc).
Since its formation, the company has maintained a reputation for high quality work and still adheres to this today. Approximately 9 years ago we started machining parts for the local motor trade. This work steadily increased and since the current owners took over in 2000, this has been expanded and now accounts for 75% of our workload.
We have invested in the latest technology to ensure the highest quality work whilst providing a fast turn round. This also includes staff training so that we are abreast of the new technologies found in modern engines.
We are member of the Federation of Engine Re-Manufacturers (F.E.R) whose membership is restricted to companies who adhere to a strict code of practice and offer a high standard of workmanship.
There are currently 4 full-time employees, all dedicated to getting the job right, first time and on time.
