Ford ZVH (Zetec/CVH) water Pump Adaptor plates
The mating of the CVH head to the Zetec bottom end provides a cost effective method of increasing the capacity in a number of FWD fords. One of the inportant parts required is an adaptor plate to allow the CVH water pump to be mounted on the Zetec block. We can supply all the parts you require for the conversion or build a complete ZVH engine to your spec. Please contact us for more details.
Manufactured from 3mm thick 316 Stainless steel the plates locate on 2 unused holes in the block for easy alignment. Just bolt the plate on and drill the holes into the block. Remove the plate and tap the holes.
The plate also moves the cambelt tensioner out by 3mm to avoid the cambelt running on the edge of the tensioner.
We also stock all the parts for the ZVH conversion. Cambelt Tensioners, Water Pumps, Felpro 1.9 CVH Head Gaskets, Head Bolts 10mm longer than std and blanking plugs for the additional oil returns on the Zetec block.
